We’re committed to running on time and providing the best service possible, and we kindly ask that you help us do the same. 💬 Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. We’ll always try to fill your appointment — if we can, we won’t charge you. 💳 Card Capture & Payment To secure your booking, we take your card details via Stripe at the time of booking.
